Substitute Teachers

District 200 is currently accepting applications for Substitute Teachers.  Candidates for Substitute Teaching on-call positions must complete a written application.  Applications are available at the District 200 Administrative Services Center, 227 W. Judd Street, Woodstock, IL during regular business hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) or you may call 815-337-5144 to request an application.  You will be contacted if positions become available.  If you need assistance in the application process, please call our Human Resources Department at 815-337-5144.

SmartFind Express

District 200 teachers and substitute teachers use SmartFind Express, an automated calling system, to make and confirm subbing arrangements.

Before using SmartFind Express teachers and substitute teachers must call 1-815-701-0301 and register as a user. On that initial phone call, users must enter a PIN number* and follow the voice message prompts. You will only have to do this once, but you won’t be able to use SmartFind Express until you do.

There are two ways to access SmartFind Express :

Online videos will help you get started, and the online system is very user-friendly. If you choose to use the phone version instead, simply follow the voice prompts.

*If you forget your PIN number, it is the last four digits of your “EMPLOYEE NUMBER,” located in the upper right-hand corner of your paycheck stub.
